Next Healing Circle for Women will be Saturday July 17 from 11:30 am to 14:30 pm at the Integral Yoga Center, C / Milana 29, Sant Pere de Ribes.
Bring comfortable clothes to move, to share ideas and if each one brings a vegetarian pica pica can share between all during the time of tea and chat.
As always, contributions will go to Circle-FGM EQUIS. To better understand this issue, I recommend the film Desert Flower based on the autobiography Waris Dirie was born in Somalia in a family of nomadic shepherds and became a super-model who used his fame to share with the UN's history of genital mutilation.
For talk, after stretching and meditation in movement / dance, I propose to share among all: tips to survive the summer heat (surely everyone can teach something useful), and / or if anyone has time see some of the talks very inspiring women in the Ted Talks as Mallika Sarabhai who is an activist through dance and theater Isabel Allende. The two videos have subtitles in Castilian. Surely one will talk enrich us greatly.
