Circle of Healing for women
We have the opportunity to come together. The order of the morning, more or less, of this circle would present ourselves, Ellen will guide the mat and a short silent meditation. Then Mercé Gimenez, will facilitate active heart chakra meditation. You can read more about this meditation wearing the This Moment blog.
After this meditation in motion, and you take a pica-pica as we share our experiences of meditation, other activities we do and how we can support each other to be the best we can, helping improve the tod @ sa world.
