Every first Thursday of the month we have another opportunity to experience the Heart Chakra Meditation guided by Merc Gimenez. I highly recommend it . Mercé that guided us so beautiful meditation in motion in our healing circle twice last year. I had a mystical experience doing it. It's a wonderful trip to our hearts.
The meditation consists of a follower of Osho musician has a lot to do with movement / meditation sufi and classical dance in India.
